[GHHF] Good News - Pastor Chintad Anand’s SC certificatficate is cancelled. Every Dalit who converted to Christianity cannot avail SC Cerufication.
This historic case, which sparked nationwide discussion, has now resulted in yet another major victory for the Global Hindu Heritage Foundation. Even after the Supreme Court clearly ruled that individuals who have converted their religion are not entitled to claim SC status or benefits under the SC/ST Act, the certificate continued to remain in official records. Recognizing this, we initiated a fresh legal battle in the High Court. Following this, the District Collector conducted a detailed inquiry and has now officially cancelled the SC certificate of Pastor Chintada Anand. This is not just an action against one individual, but a strong warning to those who misuse the system. It sends a clear message to the entire nation that misusing SC reservations after religious conversion will no longer be tolerated under law.
However, this is not the end of the story—this is only the beginning. What has come out so far is just a small part; much more remains to be uncovered. How the system was used, how legal protections were turned into shields, and how rights were misused—these truths will come out one by one in the coming days. Those who misled society and exploited the system will inevitably be held accountable before the law. “There is more to come… more truths will be revealed ahead.” With this resolve, the Global Hindu Heritage Foundation will not stop this fight here. Until the complete truth is brought out and justice is fully delivered, this journey will continue. For Dharma, for justice, and for the rights of the truly deserving—this fight goes on.
