On November 11, we visited this unique Temple located in Mahadevapura in Mandya District, Mysuru. This where GHHF is organizing Bala Samskar Kendra. It is about 30 kilometers from Mysuru. About 20 students attended the class and about 30 villagers also attended and witnessed and participated on Nama Japa and bhajan singing.  The main teacher Sri Ratish Das arranged a Satsang for the villagers to ensure parents also get involved.

              Ge started with slokas such as Guru Brahma, Saraswathi and Krishna songs. It is followed by Storytelling. He talked about the birth Rama, Lakshmana, Bharata and Shatrugna. Dasaradh Maharaj performed Putrakameshti and the prasadam offered to the Devatas was distributed the three wives.  Rama was born to Kaushalaya, Bharata to Kaikeyi and Lakshmana Shatrughna.

Then he gave Tulasi Malas to every one present to count the chanting of Hare Krishna Mantra.

Following one hour program, I spoke about GHHF and its various activities – Ghar Waapasi, Bala Samskar Kendras, Grama Devata revival, Dhupa Deepa Naivedyam and Sponsor a Priest program.

We are verry to see our students perform so well and we were very impressed with their enthusiasm and dedication.
