[GHHF] Bala Samskar Kendras in Annamayya District – learning to chant Daily Mantras for spiritual and religious progress.
Dr. Aniket Srivastava
When chanted correctly, it fills the body with a lot of positivity, calmness, and energy. Chanting of Om can be considered as a practice of the collective consciousness. Chanting Om daily has the ability to raise your vibration and increase your frequency and energies.”
Global Hindu Heritage Foundation is very happy to inform you that we have started Bala Samskar Kendras (Schools for children and youth) to enrich them with the greatness of Hindu Dharma and appreciate the sacrifices many leaders have done to protect Bharat. There are many kings who have achieved new heights in their skills, talents, and strength. Unfortunately, Bharath denies its history to its own children and glorified the most undeserving rulers. The government has corrupted the minds of young students since Independence from 1947. It is our effort to teach them the greatness of our scriptures, enrich their minds with timeless wisdom, create a sense of pride through time-tested moral and ethical compass, and make them proud of the science behind all our customs and traditions.
Bala Samskar Kendras started in 2021 and now we have about 200 Bala Samskar Kendras in five States in India and four in Bangladesh. They are very active and large number of children are attending and many parents are impressed with their own children and how much they are learning and how they changed behaviorally. Students were taught to chant Hanuman Chalisa.
Chanting Daily Mantras
Chanting o Mantras are supposed to release the energy that results in the decrease of negative thoughts. Chanting of Mantras is as old as Sanatana dharma and it would result in calming the mind and help achieve peace of mind. Scientific studies have revealed that chanting of ON itself can result in reducing the anxiety and depression symptoms, Chanting also helps one to increase the ability to concentrate and helps focus one’s attention on a single task.
Annemarie Mal stated based on her own experiment that “Chanting mantras helps to heal the body, protect the mind, and manifest human desires by connecting the person who is chanting with the divine. The ability chanting has to take those engaged in it to the innermost places within themselves.”
As Tenzin Wangyal puts it:
“No form of speech is more virtuous than mantra, devotional prayer, and sacred seed syllables. . . . The words and syllables themselves may carry the divine. . . . They can also be very effective in healing illness and emotions, strengthening your body’s vitality, or minimizing thoughts and confusion.”
Every mantra we chant will start with OM. The significance of chanting OM is described in various scriptures. The Om Mantra or "AUM" is the highest sacred symbol in Hinduism. It is finite as well as infinite. It contains everything from Vedas. AUM is the representation of the Hindu trinity Brahma, Vishnu and Mahesh.
