Global Hindu Heritage Foundation (GHHF) was established in 2006 to preserve, promote, maintain, and protect Hindu culture, and free Hindu temples.  GHHF has taken appropriate actions against all laws, policies, and activities undertaken by any government that undermines the existence of the Temples. The goal is to ensure all the Hindu Temples and other Hindu institutions become independent of state government control.
The Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowment Act allowed the state governments to take over only Hindu Temples. The Act had bestowed several powers on the governments like auditing temple funds, appointing Archakas (priests), constituting a committee to monitor temple affairs, creating a common pool fund, and regulating investment of funds and use of surplus funds. All appointments, property, finances, renovations, pujas, etc. are monitored and controlled. Very rarely the governments have followed the law with no consequences for their mismanagement of Hindu Temples, their land, their resources and properties.
On the other hand, Mosques and churches are free from government control and are not included in the Endowment Act. While Mosques and Churches are mushrooming in Andhra Pradesh, temples that existed for thousands of years are in a dilapidated state. The construction of Illegal Churches is swelling every day all over India. Minority appeasement at the expense of the constitutional rights accorded to Hindus is granted to Christians and Muslims at a rapid pace. Hindu existence is at stake. Hindu Temples are being attacked frequently with no consideration for the sentiments of Hindus.
There are as many as 15 percent Christians are working at TTD. He never questioned our assessment. GHHF requested the then E O Sri Ashok Singhal to investigate, Ass per his suggestion we even submitted the names of Christians working at BRRD hospital.
Article 295A should be utilized by Endowment Department which says anybody who deliberately and intently hurt the feelings of Hindus shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to three years, or with fine, or with both.
Realizing the confusion about the demands of non-Hindu claims and the Endowment official hatred toward Hindu way of life, the Government circular was issued in 2011 prohibiting non-Hindus to participate in the auctions for various leases and licenses to operate shops and also bid to acquire contacts. It stated that "Allotment of shops, buildings / vacant sites in and around the premise (Alaya Kshetram) of Religious Institutions and various License tights in the Temple shall be leased out to the persons who are professing Hindu Religion only and the persons not professing Hindu Religion are prohibited and not allowed to function against the forms, customs and usage of such religious institutions."
Since 2020, GHHF is undertaking several projects to protect Hinduism: 1 Bala Samskar- conducting 200 schools in Indi and 10 schools in Bangladesh to educate our Childre 2) Reviving Grama Devatas by renovating the temples 3) Dhupa Deepa Naivedyam – providing necessary Arthi material to the needy Temple; 4) Sponsor a priest – employing priests to reopen the closed temples; 5) Annadanam – so far provide more than 2 Lakhs and 6) Reviving Hindu villages by making them proud of their culture.
Pawan Kalyan Fiery speech in Tirupati; Highlights of his speech to protect Sanatana Dharma
GHHF is very happy to hear Pawan Kalyan talk about protecting Sanatana Dharma, his unwavering commitment question the so-called secularists, and his pledge to question anybody who attacks Sanatana Dharma. Speaking at his Varahi declaration meet in Tirupati, Kalyan issued a stern warning to those who, in his words, are attempting to undermine Sanatana Dharma.
“If anyone tries to wipe out Sanatana Dharma, let me tell you from the feet of Lord Balaji, you will be wiped out,” he stated firmly.
Pawan Kalyan, who identifies as an “unapologetic Sanatani Hindu,” made it clear that he is prepared to defend his faith with everything he has. Addressing his critics, he said, “I am conveying this to the so-called secularists who ridicule my Sanatana Dharma. Let me tell you, I will safeguard Sanatana Dharma with my life.”
He expressed his willingness to sacrifice his political power and even his life if necessary, stating, “If I have to lose everything, including my life and my political position, I’m ready to let it go. This is the oath I’ve taken as an unapologetic Sanatani Hindu.”
Kalyan also criticized what he sees as a bias in the legal system, stating that Sanatana Dharma followers are treated harshly compared to those of other religions. He mentioned the courts’ leniency toward those who, in his view, have attacked Hinduism.
“The courts are protecting the abusers and attackers of Sanatana Dharma,” Kalyan said, stating that similar comments made against other religions would lead to severe punishment.
Consistent with GHHF mission to protect Sanatana Dharma and Hindu Temples, Pawan Kalyan called for the introduction of a national law to protect Sanatana Dharma from defamation and attacks. He also proposed setting up a "Sanatana Dharma Protection Board" at both state and national levels.
Pawan Kalyan criticized Udhayanidhi's comparison of Sanatana Dharma to a virus, warning that the ancient principles would remain indestructible despite such political rhetoric
The 'Varahi Declaration' encouraged all Indians, regardless of caste, creed, or religion, to stand united in defense of Sanatana Dharma. Kalyan urged citizens to raise their voices against any attack on Hindu beliefs.
Pawan Kalyan stressed that true secularism requires equal respect for all religions. He pointed out that while attacks on other religions receive widespread outrage, Hinduism often faces disrespect without similar reactions.
Pawan Kalyan vowed to protect Sanatana Dharma, declaring that he would sacrifice everything, including his political career, to uphold it.

"Politicians like you come and go, but Sanatana Dharma will remain eternal," Pawan Kalyan stated, dismissing any attempts to undermine the religious belief.
Following his fiery, powerful and passionate speech, he released Varahi Declaration to protect and preserve Sanatana Dharma. As of now, there is no politician who has taken vow to defend Sanatana Dharma for peaceful coexistence. Varahi Declaration emphasizes the importance of protecting Sanatana Dharma and promoting secularism. Here are the key points from the declaration:
1. Secularism must be upheld in a manner that ensures uniform response to any threat or harm caused to any religion or faith.
2. A strong national Act is required to protect Sanatana Dharma and prevent actions that harm its beliefs. This Act should be enacted immediately and uniformly enforced across the nation.
3. A "Sanatana Dharma Protection Board" should be established at both the national and state levels to oversee the implementation of this Act
4. Annual funds must be allocated to support this board and its activities.
5. There should be non-cooperation to individuals or organizations that defame or spread hatred against Sanatana Dharma.
6. Sanatana Dharma Certification must be implemented to ensure the purity of materials used in offerings and prasadam at temples.
7. Temples should evolve not only as spiritual centers but also as centers for promoting art & culture, education, economy, environmental conservation and welfare with comprehensive planning.
Global Hindu Heritage Foundation stands with his mission to protect Sanatana Dharma and his advocacy to establish Sanatana Dharma Rakshana Board.
