[GHHF] Stopped SC individual from Using Reservations; Stopped illegal use of Loudspeakers the church; Forced to change the Electric meter from Domestic to Business in East Godavari District, AP
Thomas Paine
“Whenever we read the obscene stories, the voluptuous debaucheries, the cruel and torturous executions, the unrelenting vindictiveness, with which more than half the Bible is filled, it would be more consistent that we called it the word of a demon than the Word of God. It is a history of wickedness that has served to corrupt and brutalize mankind.”
Global Hindu Heritage Foundation has organized the Ghar Waapasi program in Visakhapatnam city and talked to Christian and Hindu family members about our efforts to welcome back to the Hindu field those who converted to Christianity. Our Associates, Kollu Srinivasa Rau, Santosh (John Paul was his name before he returned to Hinduism), and his friends have been actively visiting several villages in West Godavari District and Visakhapatnam. They distributed a 4-page document containing the rights of Hindus to encounter Christians and how to stop the construction of illegal churches.
Stopped the abuse of BC-Reservation by a Christian
Majority of the resident of Mamidi Kuduru Village in Mamidi Kuduru Mandala in West Godavari District in AP belong to a community known as Agni Kula Kshatriyas whose traditional occupation is farming and fishing. Our Pracharak Sri Kollu Srinivasa Rau is from that area, He is well acquainted with these villages, conversions and abuse od SC reservations. Over the years Christians were active in this community and nearby villages and converted as many as 40 percent. Any Agni Kula Kshatriya can obtain BC-A certificate which enables them to receive certain benefits. If they are converted to Christianity, they would lose the privileges of being BC. A number of Converted Christians abuse this system and obtain BC-A certificate by falsifying the documents. Agni Kula Kshatriya Association (AKA) was formed to protect the Hindu culture and tradition with a mission to prevent the abuse of BC-A certification and prevent illegal conversions.
A person by the name, Srinivas, obtained Ration Depot Vehicle by falsifying the documents saying that he is a Hindu. In fact, he was practicing Christianity. Agni Kula Kshatriya Association and Global Hindu Heritage Foundation came to that he was abusing the system. In their investigation they obtained a Marriage photo and Certificate of Baptism. They went to Smt. Sujana Sajata, the MRO of Mamidi Kuduru Mandalam and showed all the evidence of the abuse of the system. After reviewing the evidence, MRO immediately cancelled his quota of receiving the Ration Depot Vehicle. Srinivas immediately approached our Pracharak Sri Kollu Srinivasa Raju and many other AKA members and decided to return to Hinduism in order to avail this privilege. As per our peoples advise, he took bath wherever he was baptized, then went to the Temples and took an oath to return to Hindu Dharma and never to leave his ancestral religion.
Use of Loudspeakers by Church was stopped
In Nakka Rameswaram Village in East Godavari District, a Pastor Sampath Rao operates Fellowship Church. On a regular basis he is using high volume loudspeakers and disturbing the peace in the community. He makes it so loud people in the village complained several times. He never acted on their request to reduce the volume. Under the Environment (Protection) Act, 1986, the Government of India came up with Noise Pollution (Control and Regulation) Rules laid down the restrictions on the use of loudspeakers, public address systems and sound producing instruments. Article 5 states that “A loudspeaker or a public address system shall not be used except after obtaining written permission from the authority.” People complained 4-5 times about the noise, but Sampath Rao refused to lower the volume. We called 100 number and complained. No action was taken. Then our people complained to the Police Department. They talked to CI (Circle Inspector) 4-5 tomes with no results. Then they complained to SI (Sub Inspector) at Mandal level who has acted and directed the CI to act immediately.
The SI went to Nakka Rameswaram village, asked the Pastor to come to the Police station and asked him to write a letter in writing saying that he would never use the loudspeakers, never inconvenience the people, and would not disturb peace.
Then we also complained to MRO of Allavaram Mandalam that Sampath Rao is availing the BC-A certification and abusing the privileges. MRO informed us that he is going to act and would cancel the Certification and act immediately. We will follow the developments.
Abuse of Electric Meter
Our people also came to know that Fellowship Church headed by Sampath Rao is abusing the electricity department the people by using Domestic Electric Meter instead of Commercial Meter. The rates are cheaper for connections to houses. Commercial electricity charges are expensive compared to house electric charges. To avoid high charges many churches, use domestic meters. We called Electricity Department Toll Free Number and complained. The Department officials came to Nakka Rameswaram Village came and changed the meter to Commercial and gave statement to the effect that Church was abusing the system.
