Honorable Sri Chandrababu Naidu,

Chief Minister, Andhra Pradesh

Amaravati, Andhra Pradesh.

Dear Sri Chandrababu Naidu Garu:

Subject: Second Request to cancel Lulu Mall permit in Tirupati, protect Tirumala sanctity, and protect the safety of Balaji devotees.

Global Hindu Heritage Foundation sent a letter on April 20, 2025, request you to cancel the intended permission to build Lulu Mall in Tirupati. We have written the reasons for our request. Our intention is to make sure the sanctity of TTD, the abode of Lord Venkateswara.

As we did not receive any reply to our request and also, we did not any news reports contrary to your earlier statement, we are requesting to reconsider your plans to give permission to Lulu Mall in Tirupati.

On many occasions you mentioned that Balji saved your life, you also announced that you will protect the sanctity of TTD, also mentioned that that you will start cleaning the mess created by Jagan government in TTD.

GHHF writes this second letter appealing to the State government to preserve the sanctity of Tirupati, where nearly one lakh Hindu pilgrims visit Tirupati before going up to Tirumala to have darshan of Lord Sri Venkateswara, whom we call Kaliyuga Devudu. Before granting permission to Lula Mall to be built, we request that the government consider the following consequences to Tirupati Metropolitan city and Tirumala sanctity.

Assuming that permission may be granted to build Lula Mall within a 15-mile radius of Tirupati city limits, the sacredness of Lord Venkateswara Temple, the sanctity of Tirumala, and the safety of Hindu pilgrims will be vitiated permanently.

A similar situation will prevail at the Sri Padmavati Temple in Tiruchanur. We request the Chief Minister to consider the cancellation of Lulu Malls in all major Hindu Temples cities.

Look at the scenario of the consequences of Lula Hypermarket in Tirupati:

· Based on the experience of other Lulu Malls in India, the management will employ two-thirds Muslim boys and one-third Hindu girls.

· Lula Mall will become a fertile ground for love Jihad, where vulnerable Hindu girls will be trapped and converted to Islam.

· It will be a nightmare for Hindu girls who refuse the advances of Muslim boys.

· Hindu families will become targets for forced conversions, DIVORCES, AND HAVOC TO THE CHILDREN

· Imagine 10,000 families moving into Tirupati, changing the demography of the city. That means with an average of 5-7 family members, the size of the Muslim population will increase to about 75,000.

· These recently moved Muslim populations will start their small businesses, employing even more people.

· Food processing and Logistics centers will attract even more Muslim population to the sacred city.

· Most of the restaurants started by Muslims will invariably serve beef and other meat products.

· Over the next 5-7 years, the whole topography will change with nearly 25-30 percent Muslims.

· New Mosques will be built wherever they want with no permission, as the government officials and politicians do not have the guts to follow the law.

· The mosques will play Azaan, Islamic prayer, five times a day on the loudspeaker with high-pitched volume.

· In Tirupati, Hindus will be hearing that “Allah is the greatest. I bear witness that there is no one worthy of worship but Allah. I bear witness that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah.”

· The Noise Pollution Act is not enforced in Andhra Pradesh. The loudspeakers wake up the children and senior citizens early at 4:36 am, disturbing their sleep and causing stress and frustration. The government is nowhere to enforce the required noise decibels.

· Again, the prayer continues at 5:57 am, 12:22 pm, 3:54 pm, 6:47 pm, and 8:09 pm every day.

· As per their custom, they will pray wherever they are at those timings – they will do so on the streets, blocking the streets, stopping the traffic, causing a traffic Jam.

· They may demand that Hindu Temples stop doing pujas and stop ringing bells. They may ask all the Temples to close their doors while doing puja because it hurts their sentiments.

· It is not far-fetched to realize that the roads leading to Tirumala may be blocked.

· Incidents of terrorist attacks will increase, as we have seen in Rayachoti. They attacked Ayyappa devotees, and the devotees participated in the procession of Sri Veerbhadra Swami's chariot.

· Innumerable incidents of attacks on Hindus, Hindu processions, Hindu shops, Hindu devotees, Hindu Temples, Hindu festivals, etc., are possible.

· Police will not help Hindu victims, victims of Love Jihad, sufferers of property damage, etc.

Politically, there will be a dramatic Shift in Tirupati.

* Over 5-8 years, Tirupati would have a Muslim Mayor elected by unanimous Muslim votes and the selfish anti-Hindu political leaders’ support.

  • Once elected, the Muslim Mayor will change the educational syllabus, requiring students to learn about Islam. This is what is happening in the major cities in the UK.

The mayor may require all the students to wear a burqa to attend the schools.

· Sharia Courts will start requiring everybody to follow Sharia Law.

· The mayor can require stopping the Hindu Pujas as per the demands of the Muslim population.

· Halal certification may be required for consumer goods, which may involve merchants of different religious backgrounds paying fees to obtain the certification.

Look at the United Kingdom

In the United Kingdom, more than ten cities have Muslim Mayors: London, Birmingham, Leeds, Blackburn, Sheffield, Oxford, Luton, Oldham, Rochdale, and others. Sharia Laws exist in the form of Sharia Councils in Muslim-majority counties. The immigration to the cities and higher-than-average birthrate will increase their population to dominate the country by 20250.

SOLUTION

We request the Honorable Chief Minister to cancel any permission granted to Lulu Mall to protect Tirumala, Tirupati, and Tiruchanur. We request your consideration of the following options:

1) Declare Tirumala, Tirupati, and Tiruchanur as Divya Kshetra like Vatican and Mecca. Sri N T Rama Rao suggested this idea in 1987. Conduct only activities consistent with the Sanatana Dharma principles, maintain the most sacredness of a religious place, and uphold the sanctity of Lord Venkateswara.

2) Divya Kshetra should include a 30-mile radius where non-Hindu activities will be excluded.

3) There will be challenges to implement the area, such as Divya Kshetra. Compensate all the lawfully conducted businesses and religious places located beyond the boundaries of Divya Kshetra.

4) Lula Mall may not be allowed within a 75-kilometer radius to maintain the sanctity of Tirumala, Tirupati, and Tiruchanur.

We request your government to cancel any plans you may have for Lulu Mall in Tirupati and save Balaji Temple from being shut down.
