[GHHF] Bala Samskar Kendra Students celebrated Gita Jayanthi by conducting Pujas and chanting slokas.
“I owed a magnificent day to the Bhagavad-Gita. It was the first of books; it was as if an empire spoke to us, nothing small or unworthy, but large, serene, consistent, the voice of an old intelligence which in another age and climate had pondered and thus disposed of the same questions which exercise us.” Ralph Waldo Emerson.
Gita Jayanti is celebrated across India and many countries by Hindus and non-Hindus to celebrate the birth of the Bhagavad Gita, which came out of the lips of Lord Sri Krishna to talk about fulfilling one’s duty irrespective of the outcome.
It was widely held belief that whenever we hear the Bhagavad Gita chanted somewhere, it is because someone must have died somewhere, and it will be read near the dead body. This day has brought us to the state of playing. Bhagavad Gita is not a song of death; it is a song of life. That is why elders keep reciting it. By reading the Bhagavad Gita, you can change your future.
We are watching everywhere, celebrating the birthdays of many people, let all of you know. Jayanti means birthday, but if that person is dead at the time of that birthday It is called a birth anniversary otherwise, we would celebrate it as a birthday celebration. For whom will we celebrate these birthdays, that is, for their selfishness, for our own sake while thinking about worldly things? You will die only for your family, not for them. If you live for society's welfare and dedicate your life to the service of others, you will be honored. The remaining gardeners, even after their death, are benefiting the society because of them. Even after their birthdays, we will keep celebrating them in the name of Jayanti. That's why all of them are famous and we say that if we naturally see someone dying under their photo.
Those who live, we call them famous, we celebrate the birthdays of such great people after their death. Tha is our culture to celebrate Well, we celebrate the birthdays of the dead with the name Jayanthu, but what does Geeta Jayanthi mean? That is, many people may doubt whether we celebrate our birthday after Bhagavad Gita's death. No matter how much, Lord, one day, with Arjuna as my helper, everything The knowledge of humanity has been realized that the day has passed, that is, the time has passed. Remember, we use the word 'birthday', but we have not used it yet, but we have died in the past. How can we endure forever through work? A guide to all humanity, past, and past, today and ever. While doing this, he was taught to do great service to the human race, so everyone remembers it. We are celebrating the birth anniversary of the day the Bhagavad Gita was taught. There is no such birth anniversary celebration for any other book in the world, that is how special the Bhagavad Gita is. We will know the book.
Bhagavat Geeta means the song of God. Singing means a feeling, most of people when asked what their hobbies are, answer that they listen to songs. To say that we see and when our mind is worried, we get some solace from the songs. Naturally, when we heard some songs, we fell in love with some unknown feeling. It's a part of what I feel every time, because of the lyrics in that song. The person singing that song may be a singer. That is why it is called a song because of its feeling; this song came from the mouth of God. Bhagavad Gita was recited.
Bhagavad Gita is the 6th chapter of Mahabharata history, starting from the 25th chapter and ending with the 42nd chapter. The remaining 18 chapters are known as Bhagavad Gita. Vedas, the source of Indian cultural foundation and knowledge, contain most of the essence of these Vedas. The knowledge was given to us in the form of Vedanta-based Upanishads. That is why the Upanishads have great value in Indian literature. If we call the Vedas' Gyan Kanda 'Upanishad' then we also call Mahabharata Panchama. The knowledge contained in the Vedas is called the Bhagavad Gita. The entire Upanishads are contained in the Geeta itself, the great text of the Bhagavad Gita. Arjuna’s transformation from Vishada Yoga to Moksha/Sannyas Yoga is Bhagavad Gita.
