[GHHF] Bala Samskar Kendras – started to educate Hindu Children in Eight States in Bharat? Call to find out how you can Sponsor or Help?
Anne Besant once stated “After a study of some forty years and more of the great religions of the world, I find none so perfect, none so scientific, none so philosophic, and none so spiritual as the great religion known by the name of Hinduism ... Make no mistake; without Hinduism, India has no future. Hinduism is the soil into which India’s roots are struck … And if Hindus do not maintain Hinduism, who shall save it? If India’s own children do not cling to her faith, who shall guard it? India alone can save India, and India and Hinduism are one.”
Global Hindu Heritage Foundation initiated Ghar Waapasi in August 2020 by appointing four Pracharaks to welcome back those who were converted to Christianity with allurement or force threats and false promises. We prepared a four-page flyer describing the fundamental rights of Hindus as per the Constitution to protect their rights and a 52-page book describing the differences between the Bible and the Bhagavad Gita. As of now, we have appointed 20 Pracharaks in five different States. So far, we are fortunate to welcome more than 4,600 Christians back to Hindu Dharma.
Also, we are visiting Hindu activists in all these villages to make them aware of the violence, incest, hatred, sexual promiscuity, intolerance, killings, rapes, stoning to death, and similar atrocious verses in the Bible with the hope that information will not only prevent them from getting converted but also enable them to encounter the Christian Pastors and other missionaries.
What is Bala Samskar?
Our children are our strength. They are our future. They will be our Ambassadors to Hindu Dharma in preserving, protecting, and propagating our ancient civilization. For centuries, we, as Hindus, failed to transmit the knowledge to the next generations. With no knowledge about our faith and with no pride in the universality and non-violence of Sanatana Dharma, our children, as well as adults, have become targets for Christians to convert. They have used a plethora of deceptive tactics to woo our Hindus to Christianity as we are not able to defend our religion and also not able to question the barbaric nature of the Bible. We have become defenseless and not equipped with any knowledge about our heritage.
Similarly, we are still ill-equipped with the true nature of other religions. Christianity and Islam advocate violence, terror, killings, rapes, and destruction. Hindus are the only ones who say that all religions are the same, while the other two Abrahamic religions abhor Hinduism and do not have any respect. Both these religions have committed to wiping out Hinduism from the planet. It is time to realize the potential danger to Hinduism, start getting reacquainted with the richness of our heritage, and understand why ahimsa, tolerance, inclusiveness, respect for others, and truth can save humanity from extinction.
Hundreds of Western scholars, Nobel laureates, Literary giants, and spiritual titans have applauded Hinduism's universality, its nonsectarian, nonviolent, peaceful, and tolerant philosophy. As Arnold Toynbee stated, only spirituality and ahimsa can save the world from self-destruction. Francois Gautier announces that “the knowledge that stands behind Hinduism can save the world.”
Knowledge is power. GHHF would like to impart knowledge that will be useful for them and for future generations.
Why is Bala Samskar Planned?
Bala Samskar / Sunday Schools are being planned for two purposes:
1) To teach about the richness and glory of our Sanatana Dharma. It’s eternal nature, its scientific advances, depth of knowledge in our scriptures, and its universal appeal to humanity.
2) Also prevent the Christian aggressive missionary threat to Hinduism. Children are lured away by the Christians, bribing them with many unnecessary needs to attract them. They give Chocolates, pens, pencils, and promises of many material things and invite them to Churches and start brainwashing them to believe in their religion and teach them to hate Hinduism.
As many of you are aware, GHHF initiated Ghar Waapasi to welcome back to Hinduism those who were either lured, forced, or intimidated to get converted to Christianity. Christian Conversion is going at a rapid pace. With the support of the present Andhra Pradesh government, Christians have become emboldened to openly attack the Hindu Temples, destroying the ancient Images and burning the chariots. They even demanded the breakup of Bharath into two countries. We started with four Pracharaks whose responsibility was to explain the differences between the Bible and the Bhagavad Gita and welcome them back to Hinduism. We currently have about 20 Pracharaks at the village level to convince them to return to Hindu Dharma.
Christian Allurement: Christian missionaries and Pastors started luring the children to their churches by offering chocolates, pens, pencils, biscuits, and other items. The innocent children, not knowing the differences between Hindu philosophy and Christianity, went to the churches and were slowly brainwashed to accept Jesus as the real God. On one side we are working to welcome those Christians back to Hinduism, on the other side we are losing the children to Christian hatred, violence, intolerance, and terrorism. Hinduism emphasizes the divine nature of movable and immovable objects and considers the universe as Vasudhaiva Kutumbam (as a family).
Global Hindu Heritage Foundation plans to start BALA SAMSKAR on Sundays and weekdays to impart the richness of Hindu Heritage that enunciates peace, harmony, inclusiveness, self-improvement, and universal welfare. Our Sunday School will discuss contributions to Hinduism made in the fields of education, mathematics, and astronomy. Arithmetic, quantum mechanics, metallurgy, surgery, medicine, dentistry, infinity, zero. Cosmology, literature, yoga meditation, and other subjects.
Our children will recite Hindu invocation dealing with universal kinship and well-being:
Om sarve bhavantu sukhinah. Sarve santu niraamayaah. Sarve bhadraani pashyantu. Maa kaschid dukhbhaag bhavet.
“May all beings be happy, healthy, and prosperous. May none in the world suffer.”
Compare and contrast Hinduism and Christianity as needed
Following are the quotes from Westerners about Hinduism and Christianity.
Hinduism
The greatness of Sanatana Dharma was enunciated by Mark Twain, who said
“India is the cradle of the human race, the birthplace of human speech, the mother of history, the grandmother of legend, and the great-grandmother of tradition. Our most valuable and most instructive materials in the history of man are treasured up in India only.”
Henry David Thoreau
“In the morning I bathe my intellect in the stupendous and cosmogonal philosophy of the Bhagavad-Gita, in comparison with which our modern world and its literature seems puny and trivial.”
Christian missionaries
In contrast, we will compare Christianity, which epitomizes intolerance, violence, abuse, murders, rapes, floods, and hatred. As Thomas Jefferson (1743-1826) says:
"Millions of innocent men, women, and children, since the introduction of Christianity, have been burnt, tortured, found, imprisoned: yet we have not advanced one inch towards humanity. What has been the effect of coercion? To make one-half of the world fools and the other half hypocrites. To support error and roguery all over the earth"
Thomas Paine:
“Whenever we read the obscene stories, the voluptuous debaucheries, the cruel and torturous executions, the unrelenting vindictiveness, with which more than half the Bible is filled, it would be more consistent that we called it the word of a demon than the Word of God. It is a history of wickedness that has served to corrupt and brutalize mankind.”
Bala Samskar / Sunday School
GHHF will try to impart the richness of Sanatana Dharma, glorious past, scientific advancements, universal message of Hindu scriptures, National heroes who sacrificed their lives for the country, the need for Gurus in one’s lives, relevance and appropriateness of karma and reincarnation, and recent encounters by other religions. We strive to enrich their lives and impart jnana that removes darkness. Bhagavad Gita says, “Nahi Jnanena sadrusham Pavitra miha vidate. tat svayam yoga-samsiddhah kalenatmani vindati.” In this world, there is nothing so sublime and pure as transcendental knowledge. Such knowledge is the mature fruit of all mysticism. And one who has achieved this enjoys the self within himself in due course of time.

Sponsor a Village School
To conduct Sunday schools in villages, we are planning to employ one teacher for each village who will spend 2-3 hours on Sunday and Saturday; and also 2-3 days a week having evening classes to engage the students and teach them not only the value of Hinduism but also help them with their homework. The teacher’s salary, teaching material, Snacks, and Prasadam would cost approximately $1000 per year.
Sponsor one Village for $1000.00 per year
