Bangladesh is still burning. One of our teachers got attacked and injured severely and many houses of Hindus and Christians were looted and burned down as many families has fled. There are thousands at every center starving, scared and sick mostly women and children. They have no place to go and at least Global Hindu Heritage Foundation is trying to provide food to those waiting on the streets. Our volunteers are working as human shields. Our people are also trying to protect as many temples as possible in all three shifts on rotation basis. There is a lot of need for food, clothing and shelter.
In fact, one of our Coordinator was hiding in secure place for more than three weeks. We were so worried about him and were not able to contact him. Finally on August 9th, he came out from hiding and called to inform About the plight of Hindus and the dire need of these Hindus. 
GHHF Activities in Bangladesh
GHHF has been organizing Bala Samskar centers since 2022 in Bangladesh educating children about our roots, Sanatana dharma, culture also helping in their school studies. None of their academics talk about our dharma or culture, our heroes. GHHF felt it is our responsibility to teach these people who separated and pushed away. We have 250 children in 7 centers under our umbrella who are practicing our dharma, bhajan and rituals under our guidance.

Estimated Cost. 

 We need to provide food and water to those protesting on the streets and starving almost daily, the need is estimated to be about 1-2 lakhs a day just for our team. If we need to support protests the need is lot more. Even if we send used clothes to Bangladesh mostly, they may go into wrong hands. We need to work with resources locally available. Hindus are even scared to go out buy groceries and all Hindu stores were already looted.
