GHHF Ghar Waapasi in Visakhapatnam – 10 Families are Returning to Hindu Dharma; Christian woman was shocked to read the Bible.
W. J.Grant in hisbook The Spirit of India says:"India's greatness is in her humility; her weakness isher strength. She is both wiser and more effective than the West, for she doesnot declare that reform is not a new shirt on Sunday morning but a clean heartat the Throne of Grace. Justice without the spirit of justice is as much of anachievement as a river without its water."
Global Hindu Heritage Foundation has organized the GharWaapasi program in 6th Ward in Visakhapatnam city and talked to themabout our efforts to Welcome back to the Hindu field those who converted toChristianity. Our Associates Kollu Srinivasa Rau, Santosh, and his friends havebeen actively involved in visiting a number of villages in West GodavariDistrict and Visakhapatnam. They distributed a 4-page document containing therights of Hindus to encounter Christians and how to stop the construction ofillegal churches. They approached several families and were told that they arewelcome to come back to Sanatana Dharma. Many of them asked about theirPastor's assertion that they took an oath with Bible on their head, and theymay be burning eternally in the fire.
Our Associates informed them that God isnot a killer and would not punish. God’s character is all-loving,compassionate, and all-forgiving. So, they do not have to fear God to return toHinduism if they desire to do so.
10 Families agreed to Retune to Hindu Dharma
Sri KolluSrinivas Raju and Sri Santosh have been visiting different neighbourhoods explaining the richness of Hinduism and pointing out different passages thatare hateful to humanity and hateful to our parents. Slowly people are realizingthe Pastor’s false statements and many of the Christian ladies even weresurprised to read what is written in the Bible. Over a month they have been visiting this colony inVisakhapatnam and were able to convince ten families to return to Hindu Dharma. A welcoming ceremony is being planned in the next two weeks to officially undergo the Shuddhi program and take an oath to remain Hindus for their lifetime.
In Munnuru Mandalam there are one hundred Dalit families living in Annaram village near Bhadrachalam. In the village, a pastor came andconverted about seventy-five families to Christianity. An awareness seminar wasorganized for the remaining twenty-five families who were very happy to knowwhat is written in the Bible. These Hindus promised that they will question thepastor and ask him about what is written and insist on him to answer thequestions raised in the Bible, they will try to chase him if he ever tries tosay that Bible is a great Book. Our associates invited Christians to return to Hindu Dharmaby tying Raksha to their wrist. They talked about the richness of SanatanaDharma, its tolerance, its nonviolent philosophy, and the concept of VasudaivaKutumbam. They compared with the Bible which highlights the hatred of otherreligions and encourages the destruction of Hindu Deities and demolition ofHindu Temples. As we all know that in 2020, more than four hundred incidentswere recorded to the Hindu Temples. They also mentioned that the Bible is fullof contradictions, absurdities, and falsehoods. Many of them were surprised to find out what was written inthe Bible and were happy to know something about Sanatana Dharma. As we allknow very few Hindus have any idea about the richness of Hinduism. It was apleasant surprise to find out something about their ancestors’ faith.
Let uslook at a few verses on the killings and hateful comments by God (Jesus):Genesis 19:24-25Then the LORD rained down sulfur and fire on Sodom andGomorrah— from the LORD out of the heavens. Thus, He destroyed these cities andthe entire plain, including all the inhabitants of the cities and everythingthat grew on the ground.Genesis 7:4For seven days from now, I will send rain on the earth forforty days and forty nights, and I will wipe from the face of the earth everyliving thing I have made.”Genesis 6:7So, the LORD said, "I will blot out man, whom I have created, from the face of the earth--every man and beast and crawling creature and birdof the air--for I am grieved that I have made them."Genesis6:13Then God said to Noah, "The end of all living creatureshas come before Me, because through them the earth is full of violence. Nowbehold, I will destroy both them and the earth.Genesis2:5And every plant of the field before it was in the earth, andevery herb of the field before it grew: for the LORD God had not caused it torain upon the earth, and there was not a man to till the ground.Although many Hindu activists are doing many things, theirefforts have not infiltrated into the villages where the conversion is takingplace on a large scale. As Hindus concentrate on their intellectual endeavors,Christians are concentrating on conversion. It is time for all theintellectuals and activists to pause for a few minutes and look at the groundrealities. Our intellectual endeavors and activists’ protests are not reachingthe villages where conversion is rampant. We cannot ignore or turn away fromwhat is happening on the ground.
