•    Mark Twain" So far as I am able to judge, nothing has been left undone, either by man or nature, to make India the most extraordinary country that the sun visits on his rounds. Nothing seems to have been forgotten, nothing overlooked."
Global Hindu Heritage Foundation is very happy to inform you that we are organizing Ghar Waapasi Program, Bala Samskar Kendras and also helping Grama Devata Temples to ensure Hindus are enriched with the glory of Sanatana Dharma.
Sri Sridhar has been coordinating our efforts in Tamil Nadu. Because of the language issue, Sri Dhar has been spending hours and hours of time in talking to Pracharaks and Bala Samskar Kendra Students. IT is through his help we are able to organize our activities. This is the report prepared by Sridhar.
Recovery of Vigrahas and arrest of culprits
As part of GHHF expansion in Tamil Nādu, we are delighted to start collaboration with other Hindu organizations like Hindu Munnani on Dharma related activities. With this collaboration, GHHF will have Pracharaks like Bojarajan (see inset below) that are actively working on the ground on various Dharmic issues in TN. This report is the first victory report on this work.
Sri Thaanthondri Amman Vigraha in a temple in Merkudikaadu village, Pukkarambai Panchayat in Pattukottai thaluk of south Thanjavur district was missing from 04-12-2022 night. On 05-12-2022 morning when village people opened the temple for regular dharshan, they realized that the Amman Vigraha is missing. Hindu Munnani, whose pracharak GHHF sponsors, along with villagers filed a complaint in the police station on the same day. Three days later villagers noticed that Sri Periyanaki Amman Purathanavaneshwarar Temple in Thiruchitrambalam village had the following three metal Vigrahas missing.
1. Natarajar
2. Skandar
3. Somanathar Ambal.
They were found missing when devotees and priests opened the temple for daily worship. Hindu Munnani again filed a complaint on 09-12-2022. Following the continuous incidents of the Vigrahas being stolen from temples, Hindu Munnani met up with the Superintendent of Police to take action. Based on the request a special team has formed to handle the case and speed up the recovery of Vigrahas.
On 17-12-022 around 6 pm the Amman Vigraha of Merkudikadu village in Pukkranbai panchayat was found in the fishing net on the lake. After an intense search, police arrested 9 people on 22-12-2022 who had stolen the Vigraha’s from temples of Thiruchitrambalam, Villankulam and Mekudikaadu villages. 9 Vigrahas of gods and goddesses have so far been recovered from them.
GHHF and HM thank the Tamilnadu Police for their swift work. We need to find a long term solution to reduce the incidents of theft in our temples.
WE NEED YOUR HELP
We appreciate it if you can help in hiring more people who can go to these villages to do Ghar Waapasi. We have employed 26 people so far. More people we hire, more villages can be covered to welcome them back and also create Chaitanya (Awareness) among the students and villagers. Also,  we are conducting 150 Bala Kendras in five States. Support one or more Kendras.
1) Sponsor one Bala Samskar Kendra for $1000.00
2) Sponsor one Pracharak: In order to expand our base and hire one Pracharak, it would cost approximately $3000.00 - $3500.00 per year. We have five anonymous donors who sponsored 9 Pracharaks
