[GHHF] Smt. Madhavi Kolli talked about the unprecedented victory in West Bengal while narrating the atrocities on BJP workers, daylight murders, and rapes by the Mamata government.
OFBJP (Overseas Friends of BJP-USA) organized an inspiring and enthusiastic Victory Celebration in McKinney, Texas, on May 10. Victory in West Bengal, Assam, and Puducherry, along with significant gains in Kerala, is celebrated. Narendra Modiji was extolled for his leadership, and he was able to circumvent the opposition in all these States, without resorting to any drastic acts contrary to the constitution.
Smt. Madhavi Kolli, the Vice-President, BJP, Telangana, was invited as a special guest to celebrate the BJP's victory in three States in Bharat. She narrated her experience in West Bengal, where she spent about 45 days, mainly to build the confidence of women voters, make them fearless, and encourage them to exercise their right to vote. Her exposure to the lawlessness in West Bengal began with a Taxi driver who spoke about the Mamata government's ruthlessness. She mentioned that in the 2022 elections, 321 BJP workers were killed by the Mamata government. Despite those killings, can you imagine thousands of BJP workers participating fearlessly to establish law and order and elect the BJP in West Bengal? She applauded all the workers who worked tirelessly, knowing fully well that their lives may be at stake.
Based on reports surrounding the 2021 West Bengal Assembly elections, the victory of the Trinamool Congress (TMC) did not immediately stop killings, rapes, and burning; rather, the post-poll period was marked by intense violence against political opponents. Reports of violence following the 2021 results included numerous cases of murders, rapes, and arson against opposition workers, particularly those associated with the BJP. In fact, due to fear, thousands of residents and BJP workers were forced to leave their homes, with some seeking shelter in neighboring states.
The National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) intervened, sending teams to investigate allegations of widespread violence, particularly against women and children. Shift in Administration: The violence continued for several days after the results were declared. Reports indicated that after Mamata Banerjee assumed power for the third time and issued instructions to the administration, she claimed to have brought the law-and-order situation under control. However, allegations of violence and counter-allegations between political parties persisted for months following the 2021 victory.
OpIndia magazine documented 41 incidents between May and July 2021 that involved lynching, crude bomb attacks, and forced conversions. Houses were torched, women assaulted, and families fled to Assam. Victims also accused police of refusing to file complaints and issuing threats.
In fact, on June 5, 2015, the Global Hindu Heritage Foundation wrote about the atrocities in West Bengal under the title, “West Bengal is Burning; Hindu Women are Repeatedly Raped; Villages Ransacked; Your Help is Crucial. “What is happening to Hindus in West Bengal is horrible, inhuman, atrocious, demoralizing, and brutal. It is a lesson all Hindus have to learn sooner or later. Sooner the better. If we cannot stop these expansions, infiltrations, and tortures, we will face the same fate our forefathers have experienced. If we did not learn the past history of Muslim rule of nearly ten centuries, Hindus are going to face the ethnic cleansing the way Pakistan has done, the way Kashmir has succeeded in driving Kashmiri Pandits away from their homeland, and the way Bangladesh has depleted the Hindu population from nearly 28 percent at the time of partition to less than 7 percent as of this year. Day in and day out, many Hindu women are raped, tortured, and killed.”
Nirmala Reddy, Bheema Penta, Pankaj Kumar, Hemant Kale, Prakasarao Velagapudi, and others spoke on the occasion. One minute's silence was observed for all those who lost their lives for the country. Proudly assembled Hindus shouted "Bharat Mata Ki Jai" several times. Also said. Narendra Modi ki Jai. The Victory Celebration ended with greater inspiration and a clear vision for protecting Bharath Mata.
A book entitled “Narendra Modi: the Pride of Bharath,” written by Prakasarao Velagapudi, was presented to Smt. Madhavi Kolli and all the dignitaries on the stage. Jai Hind
