“The Indian teaching, through its clouds of legends, has yet a simple and grand religion, like a queenly countenance seen through a rich veil. It teaches to speak truth, love others, and to dispose trifles. The East is grand—and makes Europe appear the land of trifles … All is soul and the soul is the Almighty.” Ralph Waldo Emerson
As you are aware that Rajesh Thunuguntla, National General Secretary of GHHF Bharat filed a case against the abuse of Atrocities Act where Christians used file false cases against Hindus. On April 30, 2025 Andhra Pradesh High Court issued a verdict saying a Christin cannot be SC/ST once they are converted to Christianity. It said there is no caste system in Christianity.
This is a major decision that affect thousands of cases. The Christians, claiming as a Hindu filed false cases against Hindus. Thousands of cases were filed against Hindus to silence them to ask a simple question.

It is known to all of us that on April 30, the Andhra Pradesh High Court delivered a historic judgment in a case filed by Thunuguntla Rajesh, National General Secretary of GHHF Bharat. The judgment reportedly stated that religious converts are ineligible to file SC/ST Atrocities cases.
On this occasion, a victory celebration meeting was organized under the aegis of Global Hindu Heritage Foundation (GHHF) in Kothapalem village, where a false SC/ST Atrocity case had reportedly been registered.
Firstly, the program commenced by performing puja (worship) to the Neem (Vepa Chettu) and Peepal (Ravi Chettu) trees at the very spot in the village where there were attempts to construct a church. All the villagers extended a grand welcome to Sri Shiva Swamy and the Hindu activists with great joy. Starting from the outskirts of the village, a procession (Shobhayatra) was conducted, passing through all the temples in the village, accompanied by traditional music (Melatalalu) and a Poornakumbham welcome.
Subsequently, a meeting was held at the Rama temple in the village, which served as the venue.
In this meeting, it was primarily emphasized that all Hindus should remain united in order to effectively counter the attacks on Hindus and Hindu culture. During the program, Sri Shiva Swamy, Peetadhipathi of Sri Shaiva Kshetram, Thunuguntla Rajesh, National General Secretary of Global Hindu Heritage Foundation Bharat, Advocate Syam Prasad Mukharjee, Harshavardhana Shastri, and Bangaru Babu, BJP Bapatla District President, participated and addressed the gathering on various important matters.
