Global Hindu Heritage Foundation of Assam is organizing 21 Bala Samskar Kendras over the last three years. These schools are conducted in Remote villages and Adivasi hill areas to make sure the children are tight about Hinduism to enrich the minds of youngsters to the greatness of Sanatana Dharma.

The Bala Samskar Kendras of Assam celebrated Saraswati Puja on the auspicious occasion of Vasant Panchami. All the students gathered at their respective centers after taking bath, then they performed puja, offered flowers, done arti and lastly Prasadam distributed.
Basant Panchami or Vasant Panchami, also known as Saraswati Puja or Basant Panchami, is an auspicious Hindu festival celebrated across various regions of India and Nepal. Falling on the fifth day (Panchami) of the bright half (Shukla Paksha) of the Hindu calendar month of Magha, typically in late January or early February, Vasant Panchami marks the arrival of the spring season. This occasion holds significant cultural, religious, and social importance, bringing together communities to honor the arrival of spring and seek blessings for knowledge and creativity. Why perform Saraswati Puja?
She is the goddess of knowledge, music, intelligence and the arts. She is believed to bless people with the power of speech, wisdom, and learning. Saraswati has four hands that correlate to the four aspects of human personality in learning: intellect, alertness, mind, and ego. In one hand she has the lotus, the symbol of true knowledge. In another hand she has sacred scriptures. With her other two hands, Saraswati plays the music of life and love on the string instrument called the veena. Knowledgeable individuals attach great significance to the worship of the goddess as the representation of knowledge and wisdom. When it comes time to worship Goddess Saraswati, the temples are adorned with spring flowers, devotees are dressed in yellow to symbolize the beginning of spring, and books are at feet of Saraswati for blessings. With Saraswati Puja on Vasant Panchami, the fifth day of spring, we welcome the new season and worship Saraswati by chanting the Saraswati Vandanaa, a hymn written in her name. Many students take part in this puja as they are given blessings of knowledge and wisdom as they continue with their studies. Devotees of Saraswati also seek blessings for spirituality, peace and purity, and to excel in all aspects in life. 
She is also referred to as Vedamata ('mother of the Vedas'), Bharati, Shatarupa, Brahmi, Sarada, Vagisvari, and Putkari. She is also known to be the “Diety of Speech”.
The most significant festival in Hinduism is Diwali and it is incomplete without worshipping Lord Ganesha and Goddess Lakshmi.
