Arthur Schopenhauer
"From every sentence (of the Upanishads) deep, original and sublime thoughts arise, and the whole is pervaded by a high and holy and earnest spirit...."In the whole world there is no study so beneficial and so elevating as that of the Upanishads. They are destined sooner or later to become the faith of the people."
Global Hindu Heritage Foundation is extremely happy to inform that we are conducting about 200 Bala Samskar Kendras in five States in India – Assam, Telangana, Andhra, Karnataka and Tamil Nadu. We have many active Hindus who are helping in different ways to ensure our children are taught about the richness of Sanatana Dharma. Each school is teaching different things and at the same time they follow the required syllabus to ensue all the students learn things that are common to all the students. It is challenging as the ages of the students varied from one school to another.

This sloka has the power of Vishnu Sahasranama
It is said that the mantra was first revealed to Sage Valmiki, the author of the Ramayana, by the sage Narada, who instructed him to meditate on the divine name of Rama.
Valmiki repeated the name "Rama" three times, and from this came the powerful mantra "Shri Rama Rama Rameti".
This timeless Ram mantra has been chanted by devotees for centuries as a means of seeking spiritual enlightenment and connecting with the divine.
It is believed that the repetition of the mantra can purify the mind, remove negative energy, and bring about a sense of calm and inner peace.
The Rama Rameti mantra is often used as a simplified version of the Vishnu Sahasranama Stotram, a Hindu scripture that lists the thousand names of Lord Vishnu.
While the Vishnu Sahasranamam is an elaborate and detailed text, the Rama Rameti mantra is a concise and powerful chant that captures the essence of the Vishnu Sahasranama.
Number Value:
This mantra chanting three times is equivalent of chanting the whole Vishnu Saharanama. How is it possible. As per our numerology, each Sanskrit Consonant is assigned a number: R equals 2 and Ma equals 5, Rama is given a value of 2+5=10. Chanting of Rama three times means, it is chanting of 1000 time. Rama geta a value of 25. By chanting three times, it is equal to: 10X10X10: 1000.
Parvati was very much alarmed at the ignorance and the consequent problems the people face on earth and asked Lord Shiva for the remedy.  He said Vishnu Sahasranama is the only solution to get rid of  their worldly sins and troubles. After listening to the Vishnu Sahasranama, she got worried and felt concerned with ordinary people who may not be able to chant 1000 names of Lord Vishnu

“Sri Rama Rama Rameti Rame Raame Manorama;
Sahasranama Tattulyam Rama Nama Varanane.”

Meaning :
This sloka is a part of Vishnu Sahasranamam, and it is recited at the end of Vishnu Sahasranamam.
Goddess Parvathi asked Lord Shiva about the Sloka which can be easily be recited and it is equal to reciting Sahasranama.
Then Lord Shiva told to Goddess Parvathi that chanting the Lord Rama name 3 times is equivalent to reciting the entire list of Lord Rama’s thousand names. That means chanting this “Sri Rama Rama ” sloka is equal to the entire Vishnu Sahasranamam.
Benefits of Chanting
By chanting “Rama Rama Rama” – the name of Rama, our mind gets absorbed in the divine consciousness of Rama, which is transcendental. The sacred name of Rama will wash off all our sins and we will have a peaceful and happy life.
Whenever we chant the name of Rama, we are reminded of his message to the world:
    Always do good
    Follow Dharma (Right path)
Be compassionate
Be savior of feeble
Respect parents and teachers.
Also, by chanting the name of Rama, Hanumanji will always be there giving strength and fearlessness.
