“The Bible teaches that woman brought sin and death into the world, that she precipitated the fall of the race that she was arraigned before the judgment seat of Heaven, tried, condemned, and sentenced.”

Global Hindu Heritage Foundation is extremely happy to welcome four Pracharaks who have committed to work at the ground level and visited three villages to talk about the richness of Sanatana Dharma and how it is different from Christianity. The discussion started with one of the Priests named Sri Gopi Chary whom we know for the last four years. Near Anantapur, about ten kilometers away, GHHF helped build Sri Rama Temple and performed Pranaprathishta. Sri Gopi Chary is very accommodative and forward looking. He came to the Dalit Village performed all pujas, tied Rakshas to all Dalits, gave prasadam and offered theertham irrespective of their caste or status. He became extremely popular in the community.

From April 1st, under the guidance of Sri Gopi Chary, three Pracharaks have been going to villages with a mission to highlight the richness of Sanatana Dharma. They organized a meeting with the Christian families and gave information about the differences between Christianity and Hinduism. They distributed the 4-page document about the rights of Hindus and how to encounter Christian aggression.

15 Families Returned to Hinduism

On September 19, 2021, Sri Gopi Krishna Chary and his associates organized Ghar Waapasi program in Andepalli Village in Kambadur Mandal in Anantapur District. Fifteen (15) families – about 75 individuals – were invited to attend a Purification (shuddhi) program conducted in  Sri Maremma Talli Temple.

Before the program started, Sri Maremma Talli was offered a Saree, Rice, as they performed puja with leaves. Then the Husbands of these 15 families were asked to apply Tilak on the foreheads of their wives, then they were asked to sit at the puja an asked then participated and perform Ganapathi Puja first followed by Navagraha Puja and Shiva Abhishekam. All the families were asked to do the Abhishekam with milk.

Then for everybody in these 15 families, Raksha was tied and were asked to sit at the Homa. Five priests were recruited to conduct the Homas for Ganesh, Maremma Talli Homa, and Rudra Homa. All the families sat around the Homa Gundas and offered ahuti to Agni. At the conclusion, they were asked to offer Purnahuti.

Following Special guests were invited to the function. They spoke about the importance of Hindu Dharma and exhorted the Returnees to follow their dharma.

            Sri Mallikharjun, RSS

            Sri Kanth, Vishwa Hindu Parishad

The spoke about the importance of Arundhati Devi Nakshatra and how Dalits have contributed to the welfare of the society and the contribution of Dr Ambedkar. Sri Manikanta Swamy also soke about the historical significance of Dalit community.

Each family was gifted with a Saree, towel, Sri Ramaparivar Photo, two Pramidalu to perform Puja at home, two Kumkum Bharanis, Sri Rama flag and other items.

At the end, everybody took an oath by saying that they would remain Hindus and work toward preservation of Hindu Dharma followed by chanting Jai Shree Ram three times.

More than 150 people attended the function. Annadanam was provided for the occasion. Everybody was given Teertha and Prasad am.

It is our responsibility to compare Hinduism and Christianity and make them aware of the differences. We have prepared a 52 page Pocket book narrating the differences between the two religions. It was an opener for many of those who embraced Christianity and made it easy for them to return to Hinduism.
