GHHF Ghar Waapasi in in Guntur 20 Families will return to Hinduism on Sant Ravidas Birthday.
Stephen P. Huyler, art historian, cultural anthropologist, curator at the Smithsonian's Arthur M. Sackler gallery, in his book 'Meeting God: Elements of Hindu Devotion', defines Hinduism: "
Hinduism is a religion of individuality'. All Hindus believe that the Absolute is the pure blend of opposites, neither masculine nor feminine. The focus and means of worship are many, but the process has a common thread. It acknowledges one of the fundamental principles of Hinduism. God is a universal force, indivisible and yet infinitely divisible, the one and the many, the perfect mixture of all facets of existence
Global Hindu Heritage Foundation (GHHF) is incredibly happy to organize the Ghar Waapasi program in in Guntur District. Our Associate Srinivas came to know that many Hindu women were converted a few years ago and they are looking for a way out. He met with 20 families who make leather goods - chappals, etc. He spent a lot of time talking to them and was able to convince these families to return to Sanatana Dharma. They all agreed. They will be welcome on February 27 who happens to be the birthday of Sant Ravidas.
They were given literature explaining the difference between Hinduism and Christianity. As Huyler said that Hinduism is the absolute. It is a blend of opposites. Yet it is inherently cohesive and united.
Many priests or pastors are cheats. Their livelihood depends on the number of conversions. They go to any extent to lie, cheat, and falsify our Hindu scriptures. It is a terrible religion. In fact, the Bible vividly described the atrocities, killings, dashing the children against the wall, and stoning to death if you disobey. Even if you have performed your duty as per your customs, the Bible encourages wiping out the whole nation. They were persecuted and tortured unto death. Bible is full of fabrications, contradictions, revengeful and atrocious.
GHHF is committed to engaging in Ghar Waapasi by giving utmost importance to welcome the converted Christians back to Hindus who may have drifted away for different reasons without full comprehension. This is the only way to bring back those who took the wrong path for different reasons.
