On January 23, Bala Samskar Kendra students in Assam celebrated 125th birthday of Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose. The country also commemorates Netaji’s birthday as Parakram Diwas in honour of his legendary perseverance and immense contribution to the Indian independence fight. He founded the Azad Hind Fauj military regiment in order to resist the British. Bose also founded the female battalion known as the Rani Jhansi regiment. Bose was the first to proclaim that Mahatma Gandhi was the father of the nation.

“Bala Samskar Kendras of Assam celebrated the birth anniversary of Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose. Students dressed like Subhash Bose, recited the poem on Subhash Bose, organized Memory Test, delivered Speech on Subhash Bose, conducted various out door game competition organized by the Bala Samskar Kendras and after that prizes we're also distributed amongst the participants.”
Prime Minister Sri Narendra Modi said "Today, it is a proud moment for me as I address the people of Andamans because this is the land, where Subhas Chandra Bose unfurled the national flag for the first time in 1943." He exhorting youths to "read more and more", Prime Minister Narendra Modi has urged them to read biographies and autobiographies to get inspiration. The Azad Hind Fauj was formed by Subhash Chandra bose. He coined the term ‘Jai indi’. His charisma and powerful personality inspired many people into the freedom struggle andcontinues to inspire Indians.
It is believed that he died in a plane crash on 18th August 1945, Though Netaji is no more in this world, yet his name will ever shine. He will always be counted as one of the greatest martyrs of the Country.
