5. Shri P V R Narasimha Rao's informal talk about Spirituality, Sadhana, and Kundalini with practical advice. 96/25)
In the evening, about 25 of our friends met at dinner. He talked about meditation, spirituality, balancing of Nadis, kundalini shakti, and the importance of Sadhana. He said he realized how difficult it is to FOCUS the mind during meditation when you are not feeling well. This is why it is important to do sadhana with good focus when we are well. If we wait till trouble strikes, we will not be able to do much sadhana. Surrendering to the Lord and seeing him as the doer and experiencer through all of us is the ultimate thing in Sadhana.

Sri Gopi Krishna Sastry Garu, our mentor in religious matters, suggested organizing “Intinta Shiva Abhishekam” (Shiva Abhishekam in every House) every Monday evening during Pradosh time. As many of you know, our activities are conducted in villages, Dalit communities, tribal areas, and interior places. With this program, we want to go to places very few people have been to before and do pujas and Abhishekam in houses nobody has done before.

8. Update on our activities at the ground level – June 1-10, 2024. (6/28)
Our Children are taught about the richness of our culture by teaching about various scriptures and the timeless wisdom found in them. Our students will learn how Hindus conceive the abstract concept of God, their features, physical features, and the divine qualities. We talk about the characteristics of Lord Rama, the attributes and his behavior and the qualities that we can emulate. Many of our Gods are incarnated at different times and we try to explain about different Avataras and the purpose of incarnating at a particular time.

9. Preserving Cultural Heritage Animal Welfare Amidst Growing Challenges (2/29)
One of GHHF’s main initiatives is its program to provide food and water for animals. This program ensures that both stray and domesticated animals have access to food and water, even in areas where they might struggle to find it. Through partnerships with local communities and organizations, GHHF sets up feeding stations and water points in places where animals are known to be present. These efforts are crucial, especially during extreme weather conditions like droughts and heat waves, when animals struggle to find natural sources of food and water.
